| San Francisco maps are something that can be hard to come by. With only 11 square miles to call home, San Francisco is a very small, compact city. If you are truly going to get the most from your trip, having a good map will make sure that you see everything you want to see. Whether your driving, walking, Cable Car"ing", riding the Muni busses, street cars or BART, haveing a map of the city is a must.
I have found a few of great maps that I have listed below. Just click he link (or photo) and it will open the map in a new window. You can either take a look see, save it to your hard drive for later use or print it off as a handy guide to your upcoming trip to SF. |
| First off we have a great, detailed map of the downtown San Francisco area. Not only does this map show street names and some attractions, but it also has a detailed public transportation route map as well.
Secondly is a systemwide transit map of the entire city of San Francisco. It's a great map if you are planning on heading out to Ocean Beach or another destination outside the downtown area. The last map we have is a route map for CalTrain. I sometimes fly into San Jose (to avoid the delays @ SFO) and hop on CalTrain for a nice, mellow ride into the city. If you have to go to Silicon Valley, San Jose and want to come up to the city, this map is for you. I hope that these maps have made your trip planning/time here in the bay area worthwild and that they help you in getting around this picturesque and beautiful area. |
